1. Service Agreement
- SPC Pet Grooming LLC provides mobile pet grooming services at your home across Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and other Northern Emirates.
- By booking our services, you agree to provide a safe, clean, and accessible space for our groomers to carry out the grooming process.
2. Pet Health & Safety
- It is the owner’s responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, behavioral issues, or special needs before the appointment.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet is aggressive, unsafe to groom, or shows signs of illness that may risk the health of the groomer or the animal.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or our website.
- Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
- If our groomer arrives and the appointment cannot proceed due to customer unavailability, a service call fee may apply.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless agreed otherwise.
- We accept cash, card, or approved digital payment methods.
- Prices may vary based on pet size, coat condition, and grooming requirements.
5. Products & Accessories
- We use chemical-free, natural shampoos, conditioners, and detanglers to ensure your pet’s safety.
- Any accessories or products purchased from us are non-refundable unless defective.
6. Liability
- While we take every precaution for your pet’s safety, SPC Pet Grooming LLC is not liable for pre-existing conditions, allergic reactions, or health issues that may arise during or after grooming.
- Owners are responsible for keeping pets up to date with vaccinations and parasite control.
7. Our Guarantee
- We strive to provide a professional, stress-free, and hygienic grooming service.
- If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 9AM to 10 AM so we can address your concerns.
8. Changes to Terms
- SPC Pet Grooming LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
